You can hire event equipment from us - it's easy and free of charge

You want to organise an event?

We have a solution that won't hurt your wallet and saves resources. As a Department Student Council, student club or student culture association, you can borrow event equipment from us. The loans and returns can be made during AStA office hours or by arrangement.

You can make a reservation request using the form on the right. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to the AStA and the availability will be checked and confirmed by the speakers. Your enquiry is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from the speaker by email.
